I have to say I have never had any issues here! I work across the street and go on my lunch. I express that when making the appointment and they take such great care of me in a timely matter! I am loyal to this salon because of the great individual care I receive every single time I go. I live in east Mesa and even when they are looking rough (my nails and toes) I will wait to go here.
I went in for a full set. I picked out the color I wanted, I realized one hand in it wasn’t the color I chose! I said something about it she stated “oh we don’t have that color”. I asked to pick another color because I did not like the color she decided on her own. She gave a millions reasons on why she couldn’t change the color so ok cool whatever day 6, 3 nails have already came off so I went in at 9:33am 3 minutes after they opened!!! Absolutely terrible! I took my two little daughters to get their nails painted. The first day the paint peeled off as if it was a press on nail. I took them back today and the lady wasn’t even going to put a top coat!!! They get home and they peeled off again. I feel like they cheated me out of $20! I guess that’s what I get for being impatient and choosing to leave my normal tech and go to this one. Never ever again!!! I will update with pictures
Friday 4pm 1 customer in shop. That should have told me enough. Rude service. First asked what I needed, i explained fill, his response was we are busy, then said it will be at least a 30 to 40 min wait. Its friday y'all get it together. Horrible customer service. They will probably go out of business soon if 1 customer on a friday early eve was to busy. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME.
Super bad! Worst experience ever. Pictures are added for you to see for yourself. I went in for a gel manicure. I had showed her the picture which was very simple and easy. It was a combo of black and a nude color. 1. She just used cold water for dipping my nails. That's still okay. 2. Filed and just roughly for namesake did something with cuticle pusher on one hand that's it. 3. Started applying nail paint.
