Over all a joke and the reception is the worst customer service skills I’ve ever seen. In any customer facing job in my life, I have never been told to ignore a customer waiting in line to chat to my also free co worker about our daughters. We waited 8+ minutes just for the reception staff alone who had no one with them to actually acknowledge us. There was no line, just me and my partner. Don’t get me started on the nurses and doctors. All the staffs from reception to the optometrists the the doctors, all helpful and very friendly. I was worried about the treatment because I have heard so much bad stories about public hospital. But it turns out to be really good experience for me and they did professional job

You are a disgrace, my friend has had 3 cancellations finally had an appointment today went down only to be told no sorry can’t do it too many people, I do hope you are not given preference to people who are not born here. She has no vision in one eye yet she was told it would be 6 - 12 months that is ridiculous. What sort of hospital are you running. Does she have to be blind completely to be treated. Disgusting!!
