All the staffs from reception to the optometrists the the doctors, all helpful and very friendly. I was worried about the treatment because I have heard so much bad stories about public hospital. But it turns out to be really good experience for me and they did professional job
You are a disgrace, my friend has had 3 cancellations finally had an appointment today went down only to be told no sorry can’t do it too many people, I do hope you are not given preference to people who are not born here. She has no vision in one eye yet she was told it would be 6 - 12 months that is ridiculous. What sort of hospital are you running. Does she have to be blind completely to be treated. Disgusting!!
