I had an appointment and 25 minutes after my time I was still rotting in the waiting room. The receptionist was of no assistance and, in fact, seemed to be put off that I expected some semblance of punctuality? What a waste of my time. I left before seeing the doc. No one wants to sit in a stuffy waiting room any longer than necessary during Covid times! I love Dr. Phan! She makes me feel like I'm the most important patient she treats but then I've heard that from so many friends who also go to her. She's extremely knowledgeable, an excellent clinician and makes excellent referrals when necessary.Her entire staff is so friendly and caring. When I go in with emergencies they take me seriously and act quickly. At MI I have to mention April and Rebecca who are there and make me feel comfortable. Good experience at this clinic, although they do not have the equipment at this location for all testing and you may have to go to the Bellevue location. Great staff at Mercer island!
