DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!Today I called in to schedule appointment but first I pressed 5 to confirm if they take my insurance which is United health care they inform me yes they do they verified I was all set so I ask can I make an appointment the woman told me that was a different department and to hang up in call in and press 2 which I did the lady that answer the phone asked for my insurance which is United healthcare which the other department verified already . Looooong wait time this place way over books there patients compared to the number of doctors been here in an hour and a half there’s 25 people in the waiting room still ain’t seen the doctor. Put me on one ready room after another. I mean come on it’s an eye exam. You should be able to figure out about how many people you can service in an hour times the number of doctors you have there’s no sense in booking this many people for the same timeframejust wasting peoples time
Today was my first time stepping foot in this building and I must say the experience was amazing.. The staff was friendly, and the environment was welcoming.. The service was amazing and quick. I will be making this my new eye doctor home and I'm even thinking about switching my children over as well. I recommend Dr.Persons he is awesome . And the receptionist Hailey was outstanding..
Will never go there again. Paid for exam and contacts. As I was walking out the door, after paying for everything, they informed me that there would be an additional $25.00 annual fee for renewal a year. Why didn’t they tell me that up front. I paid it, but that surcharge cost them my business. If you can’t be up front with your billing, it sends a clear message that your not honest. Just saying.
