Staff very helpful. Great selection of glasses. Best eye exam I've had in Tennessee in the past 6 years. The quality of the prescription lenses are also top notch
They responded to an emergency really well. I got a good response calling after office hours and an immediate appointment for the next day. I received a very thorough exam and good after care.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!Today I called in to schedule appointment but first I pressed 5 to confirm if they take my insurance which is United health care they inform me yes they do they verified I was all set so I ask can I make an appointment the woman told me that was a different department and to hang up in call in and press 2 which I did the lady that answer the phone asked for my insurance which is United healthcare which the other department verified already .
