We sadly had to have our 14yo dog’s eye removed due to an infection. We were very apprehensive at first and were very kindly talked through the procedure and the pros to our senior dog’s wellbeing. Will and his fabulous and caring team did a fantastic job (the surgery was done in the Artarmon clinic) our dog recovered well!!! I’m writing this review because I am very happy with the entire process from start to finish.
Our appointment was cancelled and we were not informed. Drove 30 minutes each way for nothing. Next available was 10 days later.
Extremely caring and professional. They offer the best care and expertise and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.
Absolutely fantastic vets and vet nurses here. They know their stuff but spend time with your pet trying to relieve their anxiety. We have seen a few vets here. they are all great, but my dog is familiar with Dr Kelly now who is just awesome.
