Edit (9/6/24): had a review and they thought I was assessed incorrectly? Seemed to think I don’t have double vision now? Even though I can see it in my vision? They took my glasses off me and said I didn’t need prism lenses. Since I’ve had my glasses back I now don’t see a difference wearing glasses, so it’s pointless when the prism glasses made a huge difference to my vision. It takes me two hours to get up there and back, including when I had to pick up the glasses last week. Now I have glasses that don’t make any differen... read more

The experience I had there was good with the staff. It’s just everything after trying to get glasses with my prescription was bad. I went with my prescription from here to get glasses from my local specsavers. With being on low income I am able to get voucher towards glasses. Specsavers told me to contact uni of Bradford as they needed to issue a code in order for them to give me a voucher. They were unwilling to so I now have to have yet again another eye test at specsavers in order to get a voucher. All could have been eas... read more
