I was very disappointed with my experience at the eye clinic, with the nurse called Jasmin. This is my second awful experience with her. While the eye clinic itself is awesome and I have been there at least a dozen times, the level of care and professionalism from Jasmin fell short of my expectations. A contrast to the care that I have had in the past from Julie who is a delightful. Jasmin's communication is very abrupt , almost abusive and she has no empathy. I do recommend Concord go through the emergency ward I have glaucoma very fortunate back in these days you ask your doctor for a referral or you can just walk in the department if you got eye pain if you go outside of a night time traffic lights if there is a ring around the street lights you must seek medical attention straightaway
Worst hospital, useless staff
The emergency department organised an urgent eye appointment for me here. The staff were wonderful. The wait was long but that was expected as I was a fit in. My appointment went well and they organised all urgent follow up appointments for me so promptly. Would recommend this clinic to my friends and family.
