Stopped by to get two pairs of sunglasses repaired. Success! They were so nice, I did not even have an appointment. I’ll be back to buy my next pair of glasses here!
“All Insurance Welcome” …but not accepted. Be informed that there is a difference in definition between accepted and welcome. Even when you call and confirm whether your insurance is “accepted” you may get the wrong information. Otherwise, staff is very friendly and professional.
When I showed up for my appointment at Eye Central, things weren’t quite right. What used to be a friendly and organized office, this location has apparently been acquired by MyEyeDr and is no longer organized. They tried to sell me a test that isn’t necessary for someone in my condition, as if it was a standard test. When I inquired as to why what used to be a cost-free visit (with insurance) would now cost $50, they were not transparent that this would be a new test and that it wasn’t necessary.
