The Doctors are fine, HOWEVER to say the office staff are incompetent is an understatement. First experience I show up for my scheduled appointment only to find out it has been canceled without notification, then two weeks ago I order sunglasses, as I’m ready to pay they offer me another option to look at, they said they would order the frames and call me when they arrive. I go in today and wait 15 minutes for them to see me and then 20 minutes later they tell me my prescription had expired and can’t fill my SUNGLASSES order... read more

I guess young Patterson is competent but you'll have to put up with a healthy dose of rudeness from a pompous wipe. I won't be going back, even for the surgery follow up. Just say no!
