I guess young Patterson is competent but you'll have to put up with a healthy dose of rudeness from a pompous wipe. I won't be going back, even for the surgery follow up. Just say no!
The staff at Eye Centers of Tennessee are great! Each person that i saw today was personable and Professional. Dr Johnson is great!
5 stars!!! Kayla and Kaylie were both very professional and courteous and did everything they could to try to help as quickly as possible even though they were very busy. Great group of ladies. I recommend them to anyone.
My 86 year old Mother walked in to just pick up her glasses and was asked to have a seat, someone would be right with her. Two employees were with a customer at that time. When one of the two employees finished with her customer, she just up and left without a word. Very rude, So my mother got up and left without her glasses. She said the staff used to be much better, friendly and knew their regular customers. Current employees don't seem to care if you're there or not. Whitney, In the eyeglass area was very professional. Also, great sense of humor. I've never been happier with all three pair of glasses that I ordered.
