Siento frustraci�n pens� que era un excelente lugar y tal vez lo es en cuanto a medicina se trata pero el front desk es una pesadilla solamente necesito que env�en un email al doctor de mi hija para que ella pueda continuar su tratamiento de acn� y simplemente no lo hacen llevo semanas esperando, nunca responden las llamadas, solamente una vez y la chica culpa a su compa�era sinembargo nadie lo hace

Trying to get SOMEONE to call you back or to speak with someone is like trying to get a flight to Venezuela. I tried on several different occasions to speak with someone. You have to leave a message for the receptionist and wait for. Return. You wait for everyone but billing. I am sure. Good thing it wasn’t dire. However I need to speak to a person or be connected to a live breathing being. If this continues I may have to just find a new eye care provider!!!
I wish this place was more accommodating for Haitians. That's my main gripe with this place. It's very very frustrating.
