every thing tried all day to get appointment or talk to some one in charge.....have spent over$6000in past2 years they broke my glasses now can't get appointment until Jan 19 what customer service

RecommendedDr. Jake Rockman was so kind and understanding of the pain I was in with dry eyes. It’s has been an on going problem and my other doctor seemed to offer no lasting solution. I was at the point of wearing sun glasses in the house. Dr. Rockman put a band aide on the eyeball that looked like a contact lenses with medication. I had instant relief! I was able to get an appointment quickly. My eyes were thoroughly examined and the doctor took time to explain everything to me and make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend the LeHigh office .
