My $500+ lenses in 9 months delaminated the coating on the "Premium" lens. They would not even offer to assist. Told me $480 for their lens! I can buy glasses anywhere I want to and it definitely will not EVER be there again! Good riddance! Do not buy your Eyewear at that place! I don't just leave bad reviews either.
Horrible experience here. Went in for a stye and $105 out of pocket and 3 appts later Dr. Bryant did not remove it. They say he is the only one here that does stye removal but he doesn’t seem to do it either. Go somewhere else if that is your issue. He found something else he thought would make him more money and when that turned into nothing he literally walked out as I was asking him about the stye I originally came in for and dismissed me. The entire staff at Eye Center South meet and exceed expectations daily! Dr. S Heersink is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely talented. Highly recommended this facility!
They have some of the laziest supervisors on staff at this company. The only time I've been there and absolutely loved my time in there was when I was buying some glasses and Deanna helped me find what was needed for a few family members. I have followed her on Facebook and see where she keeps getting awards for selling the most glasses. However, I recently just found out that they terminated her. What a lousy, sorry company it must have been for her to work at.
