I read through the reviews and I will say that they seem fabricated. My wife and I moved out here and tried them for 2 years. The first time the prescriptions for our sunglasses were a little off but we put up with it. The second time, we did not accept any issues. Both my wife and I had similar issues but mine was never corected. I had to return there probably 5 times. I tried 2 times with alternate prescriptions and then the final result was return to my 4 year old prescription so I could see. I felt rushed, I felt like th... read more
I had an unpleasant experience with a staff member named Linda. I parked in the lot for a short period of time where there were no visible signs indicating that parking was prohibited. Instead of approaching me respectfully to explain any policy, she ran toward me, raised her voice, and threatened to have my car towed next time. I left feeling disrespected and shocked by the lack of professionalism in how the situation was handled. Dr. Carr is an incredibly thorough doctor. He is kind, gentle, and a great diagnostician ! I know I'm in excellent care at Eye Center South! Eddie is great at helping pick out frames that complimentarily fit my face. The women at the front desk are friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful! I highly recommend Eye Center South!
I have to say out of all the doctors i see. It is nice to see a doctor that goes so far above and beyond for his patients you really dont see that with doctors these days. Thank you dr.carr
