Worst customer service ever. That palce is a joke. Never did follow up cause appointments were always cancelled. Been trying to get a prescription we paid for and we always get the run around. HORRIBLE!!!!!

This place is a joke! There customer service is poor, they are very unprofessional, and then to top it off , they lie and say that they will call when contacts arrive and dont , i guess i should have known walkin into that place it looks like a dump idk how this dr still has a license . i wouldnt reccomend this Dr to anyone. They are fast at billing my insruance but when it came to serving me they didnt even assist me in a professional manner. i guess i learned my lesson with this company .

I would not recommend going there Dr pete pena is sarcastic he has taken four months to order my contacts still have not received them. I have called multiple times he just lies and now he ignores the calls.
