Avoid - unable to stay on time unprofessional. Wasted over 1 hour of my day for no appointment because they were behind. No one apologized, said they were sorry, or offered any explanation or help. I took time away from work for them to be so late I could no longer do my appointment. I drove 25 minutes to the appointment only to find they knew they were running 20- 25 minutes behind. Apparently they are dictating what kind of mask you have to wear now which is absolutely ridiculous with things slowing down. Then when my husband went in, he was having trouble with his glasses fogging so they offered to TAPE the mask to his face. He told them no thanks and walked out. I'm just astounded that anyone allows them to tape a mask on their face. We won't be back.
