I hope doctors are more competent than billing staff and nurses. Waited 90 minutes for appointment. Finally received reimbursement from payment error in October 2023, yep, it's February 2024. Nurse processed wrong Rx. They think I'm bringing my loved one back for follow-up care? No way. Seriously consider Greeley or Loveland for eye care in Northern Colorado. Take it from our experience.
