Cape San Blas Eye Care is fortunate to have Dawn at the helm. Called to tell her I sat on my glasses and popped out a lens, bending the frame. Simply put, told me to come between 1:30 to 4. Dawn fixed my glasses on the spot! Covid-compliant and professional.
Here for vacation, and my glasses broke! They were so helpful and got everything fixed so quickly! Thanks again!
Dr Aker was polite, glasses were perfect. Most of the staff are unfriendly and have an attitude, no smiles or pleasant greetings....most are very abrupt. The employees complain about fellow employees in front of patients. I cant believe this has not been addressed.
Staff were very polite and courteous to those with mobility challenges and in general. Dr E is great but the waiting times are a major issue for some clients. I have waited over 2 hrs after my appointment time to be seen today. Just be prepared to wait longer than usual.
