This doctor did not perform my eye exam correctly therefore my new prescription was WORSE than my current one, when I returned with my complaint he checked and said that was the best he could do. It was sooo bad I ended up at Walmart and had my old lens prescription put in my new frames then I could see way better, with today’s economy and being on social security it’s really tough flushing $413 dollars down the toilet……
No bed side manners and he doesn’t explain anything! Makes a nervous patient more nervous! He just wants to rush and get things over with and move on to the next patient. Staff is very nice though but I’m never returning. Now I remember why I didn’t return to him after 5 years. He makes me extremely nervous!
