Leaving this review on behalf of my wife. My wife couldn't understand the doctor's writing on her prescription. She contacted the office and asked could she get a print out with the prescription on it. She was told no it's not there responsible to help her order glasses from someone else. My wife tried to explain to the person on the phone that she had a similar problem last year and they just gave her a printed copy of her prescription. The person on the still refuse assist my wife. Extremely poor customer service.
I took my mother for an appointment for her cataracts consultation. Staff was very rude, and would not let me sit with her. I expressed she is very scared and would like me in the waiting room. I would take the necessary precautions face mask, temperature check and 6ft distance apart. They shut the door on me and locked it.
Prior to here, I have pretty much only ever been to America's Best. Eye Center of Missouri is so much more THOROUGH, I'm not even really sure where to begin! They ran tests and asked me questions that in the 18 years I've needed glasses NO one else has ever asked me. I was first recommended to them by my insurance, Ambetter (Home State Health's Obamacare service). They cover medical visits, so I decided to give Eye Center of Missouri a shot.
