Apparently my sons appointment was written down wrong twice. Even though I had written down and programmed on my phone each time while on the phone with the schedulers. Please someone learn how to do a simple job. My son has been going without because they cant get their shit together.
I go in there to get contacts and the lady says it’s been a year so you have to a new eye exam. I’m a busy CEO I don’t have time to be running all over town, I just want my contacts. So then, when I get upset, she looks at me with this startled face and acts surprised that i would be upset. This woman has no clue what I had to do just to get a free hour to drive over there. My old OD stopped using my insurance so I had to find a new one. I'm very glad I did! My new Dr was so much more personable. Dr. Mia is the best.
