Absolutely love this place and the people
They are kind professional knowledgeable about the eye center . Love going there for my checkups
2:45p appointment time to establish myself as a new patient. They asked for me to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork. I arrived at 2:30p, completed my paperwork by 2:40p. At 3:40p, I went to the receptionist and told her I was leaving. She insisted they had my chart in back, went back, then 1 minute later I was called back by the rudest assistant. She stated I needed 2 appointment (one for dilation) to which I stated I didn't want and she stated I would need to discuss with my doctor? My doctor didn't refer me...and I jus... read more
Apparently my sons appointment was written down wrong twice. Even though I had written down and programmed on my phone each time while on the phone with the schedulers. Please someone learn how to do a simple job. My son has been going without because they cant get their shit together.
