Best eye doctor ever. Very thorough. Does all the health exams of your eye too. No need to go to a specialist . Great office personnel too
Worst eye center ever, they charge us after the visit but didn't tell us what's it for, then send us the bill told us the charge after the visit was not for copay (how should we know $20 is not for copay), I called ask what's going on because my secondary insurance should cover the rest, now they are saying they don't do secondary insurance after almost two years, there's nothing they can do. I'll never go back to this place.
very disappointed, saw the doctor almost 2 months ago. still no glasses, the lab broke the lens and they had to repair. Never received a call explaining what was going on. got a message they were ready for pickup at the leola office, but wait for a call. really people, now lancaster office tells me they are in the leola office for pickup, and i have gone 3 times and they are closed. just now call 7/7 12:20pm, a recording picks up and says office will open at 1:30 when when their hours say online open at 9am. this is very ups... read more
Kind staff, clean office. Doctor was friendly and communicative. Registration/front office staff were efficient and polite. Exam was thorough. The hours for this location, including the lunch break times, are posted publicly on Google and on their website.
