The staff here is absolutely awful we have spent the last two days trying to book an appt and have been dismissed by the call center and the office as I walked right into the office with referral in hand and was told I couldn’t book appt. And our doctors office has called them and still they have treated them the same way even though they are the referring physician and want urgent appointment. I just can’t believe the treatment by this ophthalmologist office when an urgent appt is needed.
Always great with my two kids, we highly recommend them!

I have been a long time patient of this practice. I have been pleased with the staff and services and the only reason I gave a 3, instead of higher, is i was very disappointed in their changing to charging a fee for credit card payments.
I would not recommend this facility for eye care. I had to wait almost an hour to be seen and the doctor never introduced himself and was only with me for less than five minutes. He didn't explain my condition or talk about my eyes with me at all. Then, the prescription i was provided by this place was wrong. I had to have my glasses remade several times because the prescription was wrong. I had to see a different doctor to get a new prescription. I was appalled by the lack of care and untrustworthy service I received.
