I don’t leave many reviews but honestly, this place is excellent to deal with. A coworker recommended them a few years back and I am now on my 4th (?) pair of glasses from them (over the years) and everytime I go in here, I feel comfortable and always well taken care of.
Incompetent useless staff. The doctor was clearly told. I need a referral to a specialist instead she referred me to the wrong specialist. I waited over two months for an eye condition. That is getting worse, which has got even worse after waiting two months come to find out the doctor. I was referred to doesn’t even know how to help me with my eye condition. Don’t waste your time with this location. There are many better locations.
I am student at Notre Dame, I walked over with my broken glasses, and they happily fix them for me on the spot! Everyone was very friendly, and the service was excellent. They replaced the arm of my glasses, the best they could. All this, with no charge! Thank you so much!
