Amazing and friendly staff very helpful!!
I visited Welland Eye Care recently recently when I was visiting the area. Bethanny took a genuine interest in helping me find suitable frames. She was pleasant, patient, and helpful. I don't live in the area but I would not hesitate to return. They mailed my new glasses out to me and even phoned to make sure that I received them. Great service!
Visited in the month of October 2025. Customer service was excellent, respectful and helped me to get an early appointment. Thank you ! Overall satisfactory experience. Eye check up was 110$, and purchased glasses black frame 100$.
Every part of our experience with the Vision Clinic has been excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful and everything is done in a very professional manner.
Very good neat and clean environment, very cooperative staff , Doctor is perfect examined eyes in very detail and frame variety have a wide lovely range. Must visit for ur eyes if u care 👀 😃...
