I absolutely LOVE this place, my whole family comes here for glasses (even sent my parents here) The entire staff is amazing, they make you feel so welcome. My kids were so at ease, we were laughing through our entire appointment, it was an awesome day. The girls worked with me and helped me navigate our options, overall just an amazing experience, highly recommend!
Old fashioned helpful customer service with none of those annoying attempts at up-sell "for your benefit". Incredibly friendly, remember their clients and with a great stock to choose from. I moved to them years ago when my old optician was starting to make me feel like a number and almost as an inconvenience required to get to my wallet. This place was a breath of fresh air for a chap who's older than google (!) and remembers what personal service really felt like.
The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because of the lady's that work there, the young lady that helped us was very friendly, helpful, funny, and knowledgeable. I was in to get glasses for myself, my 2 daughter's and my stepdaughter. The problem I have is my daughter's glasses the lens keeps falling out of them all the time i have gone back to get them to fix it but it just keeps happening. I had a broken pair of glasses for a family member in Hospice not their prescription I walk in explain the situation there response no problem be ready in 20mins for you is that ok is that ok that is fantastic. Staff was amazing will recommend and will be going for my new script there thank you ladies you made his day
