My mom had an appointment at 1:15 for a vision field study. We arrived at 12:45. At 2:00, I went to the front desk to find out when she would be seen. The receptionist (her name is Kerine or close to that) would not let me ask anything, she said I had to sign in. I said “I just want to find out” at which time she interrupted me and said I has to sign in again. To add injury to insult, she then followed up by saying “write your name on the paper”. The same complaint as everyone else, time management and scheduling is terrible here! If you decide to come here for insurance purposes bring breakfast and lunch! My mom was scheduled for eye surgery at 9am and it is 3pm and she still is not out! I do not recommend this place!
