Not even worthy of 1/4th of a star. Mom (98) was kept waiting for41/2 hours without a ANY consideration on her wellbeing..NONE. totally dismissed when she asked how much longer, treated like crap…. My own experience was similar..NEVER AGAIN
Just the worst of the worst service from the front desk. You will wait forever in this joint, and don't get me started on the billing dept. They are constantly billing me incorrectly even though I have met my deductible from earlier in the year. I call time and time again to get it resolved and they say they will research the issue, but they do not. They just generate another threatening bill the next month.
