I went in for a scheduled visit but mentioned I’ve seen a few flashes recently, and I have a history of retinal tears. Dr Lloyd immediately went to medical exam instead a regular visual exam. He did a thorough exam and sent me a referral to a retina specialist with instructions to not wait for an appointment if flashes become more frequent. 20 minutes later the receptionist called with my appt date and time.
Dr Lloyd and is crew are very professionals and good at their jobs. The communication from the time the appointment is made till the day of your appointment is great. They also have a nice selection of frames.
Technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. The eye doctor was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
Very professional and accommodating.
Everyone was very delightful to work with in the office. The Dr. Is very courteous and you can tell he really cares about his patients.
