Very frustrating how long it can take at this clinic. Sometimes it’s only 30-60 minutes then the next time over 2 hours. Makes it difficult to schedule other appointments around them since we’re coming from out of town for a routine check. I understand people can run a bit late, but the variability in the time it takes for a routine check is frustrating. Over 2 hours seems a bit ridiculous and inconsiderate of the patients.

Doctor Chmiel is a very odd character he for some reason felt he needed to talk to me like he is a practicing neurologist or neurosurgeon telling me I had 2 holes drilled in my head I didn't go there to talk to him about 2 holes that were drilled in my head I came there to talk to him about my vision after my eye examination . I hope there is a disciplinary board that can talk to him about proper workplace conduct so he can learn from his mistakes. First of all may I say that Dr. Chmiel is awesome. On a more negative note, I have spoken with Emma more than once and she is rude, not interested in anything you have to say and cuts you off mid sentence. This person is dealing with the public, your patients, she should be courteous, polite and understanding, not rude, abrasive and have a "don't care" attitude. Clearly she need a lesson on communication.
