Doctor Chmiel is a very odd character he for some reason felt he needed to talk to me like he is a practicing neurologist or neurosurgeon telling me I had 2 holes drilled in my head I didn't go there to talk to him about 2 holes that were drilled in my head I came there to talk to him about my vision after my eye examination . I hope there is a disciplinary board that can talk to him about proper workplace conduct so he can learn from his mistakes. First of all may I say that Dr. Chmiel is awesome. On a more negative note, I have spoken with Emma more than once and she is rude, not interested in anything you have to say and cuts you off mid sentence. This person is dealing with the public, your patients, she should be courteous, polite and understanding, not rude, abrasive and have a "don't care" attitude. Clearly she need a lesson on communication.
Absolute joke of a place. Took over 3 hours to do a simple little checkup because apparently the doctor was "running late". Staff tell you absolutely nothing. Going to avoid ever going back here if possible
I had an excellent experience at this clinic. The staff were very polite and attentive. The clinic was welcoming, clean, and comfortable, even during a long visit. Dr. Coupal showed exceptional care throughout my visit. He gave me his full attention, answered every question clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed during the procedure.
