I had my first ever appointment today with Dr. Eidsness and it was my first visit to their clinic. The facility is clean and bright, the staff were polite and courteous and Dr. Eidsness tended to me with care and professionalism. The visit went better than I had hoped for. I'd gladly see him again if the need should arise again.
February 22, 2024 Mother Inlaw went in to see her Specialist at 12:20pm. Tests were done right away in order for the specialist to review and discuss with her. They had her sitting in the waiting room over 3 hours for the specialist. The staff kept informing her “You should be next” as she watched other people go in and out. At the end of her 3hours of waiting (4pm) the Specialist informed her that they would not be able to see her. The clinic called the day before to confirm her appointment.
