Called on a Saturday morning and he happened to have some availability. He got me in later that day and the work was done well, at a reasonable cost. Terry seems like a really nice guy & it was nice to have someone who was so friendly show up & get the work completed. Will definitely use again for any needed dryer vent cleaning.
Terry did an awesome job, he cleaned our dryer vent inside and out.
I am delighted with the impeccable service offered by the Moment Air Duct Cleaning Maple Valley team. My dryer vent was in poor condition, but they repaired it with deep cleaning brushes and it was spotless. They did an excellent job.
I hired Magic-Clean LLC to clean our dryer vent, and it seemed fine at first—but a week later, the dryer was overheating again. I had another company come inspect it, and they found the line was still mostly clogged. So either Magic-Clean skipped steps or used the wrong tools. Very disappointing.
Can’t say enough about the outstanding work that Terry did with my dryer vent situation. Based on the reviews, he was the first call I made and he did not disappoint. He came to my house same day as my initial call. His communication was on point throughout the process from texting his arrival status to his communication on what he saw with the dryer vent. His insights on the issue is communicated with an educated discussion versus someone trying to upsell. I strongly recommend Terry and Magic-Clean!!!
