Stopped by to pick up contacts. Sign on door said closed for staff meeting. There was a receptionist at the counter and I asked through the door if I could please just pick up my contacts. She said no , we're closed . I said I wouldn't be able to pick them up for another month. She said come back tomorrow. I said I am a trucker which is why I wouldn't be able to get by for another month or so. She just stuck her nose up in the air and kept doing nothing behind the desk. Damn shame, I really liked this place
Very rude. Would not give me a copy of my prescription even though they are required by law to do so.
The receptionist told my daughter and I that she wouldn't bill her insurance for about a few days after her appointment so that she could be seen by the optometrist and the insurance would pay for it since it didn't come into affect until October 1, 2024. Her appointment was like September 26, 2024 approximately. So they seen her and gave her an eye exam and we paid $40 for a sample pair a week later. Very impressed. Excellent service. Staff was very polite and very informative. I would recommend this office to anyone.
Great office staff, they were all very friendly, attentive, and professional! Doctors were very thorough and made me very informed. Sooo many glasses options! Amazing experience!
