This place is by far the worst eye place I’ve visited to date. There equipment is dirty and effects precise eye measurements and above all I am still waiting on a refund from over a month ago. They claim that they only issue refunds once a month in the form of mailable paper checks. Well it’s been nearly 2 months and I have yet to receive my refund and they keep sending me to voicemail when I ask about my refund not being here.
I've been there twice 2 years in a row, and received excellent care. I will continue using their service in years to come. I also called in to Dr Whealty while they were closed due to pretty distressful eye issues, and he was able to look at a few pictures I sent, and call in a prescription for me the next morning. I really appreciated that. I'd recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor. Was sent card saying your appt time said to notify if need to arrange different time. Got there and told no appt because din't call. No where did it say appt would be canceled if you dont call. But hey that me. But front desk receptionist rolled her eyes and was rude about it. Need better customer service, I am cash paying customer and was going to buy new set glasses guess new doctor will get money now. Hope doctors aware of bad receptionist.
