Had to take my glasses back n I was re-examined and glasses taken bk for remake. No hassle Dr n staff very nice.
Customer service has gone downhill. No one under the age of 30 is capable of saying "oops, I messed up" or "sorry". It's always "our system did something...." or "what do you want me to do about it" -- and just blaming technology. Anyhow, after a decade, time to find a new eye care location.
