I was satisfied with the entire process from scheduling an appointment, getting my eyes checked, and following up on questions from last year with respect to any significant changes. The eye doctor was knowledgeable and gave me suggestions to do for my tired eyes throughout the day.
I went to these people with the idea that they were looking out for my best interest . After questioning me over and over do I have itchy eyes l said just a little. They gave me an eye test got a new prescription for my glasses. Then l saw the doctor he looked in my eyes got a Q-tip then said I need to get my eyes flush. Went back in the office. The manager gave me a bag at the time. I didn’t know that was not necessary some Eye heating pads which was reusable. She gave me three of them which was $30 apiece which cost me $90... read more
