Horrible experience. Not even one star. We went for my grandpa’s eye exam. As we walked in the receptionist was rude. Wasn’t even polite enough to welcome us in. When she handed us the paperwork to be filled out she didn’t bother to ask if we needed it in Spanish or English. Receptionist and Dr. started yelling at each other in front of patients. When we walked in the “ Dr. office” it was super dirty & Dr was very rude. Note, my grandpa doesn’t speak English so I was the translator. He got mad at us for filling the paperwork... read more
GIVES WRONG PRESCRIPTION ! Do not go with Dr. Jackson ever. He uses old equipment that does not work. When I got my glasses, I knew something was wrong, I couldn’t read from far and they did not help at all. The place looks old and smells.
Seriously not even a one star I'll NEVER go bk! The place was dirty..and they don't even have glasses for adults..his work space if u call it that was nasty he wouldn't listen to what I had to say he didn't check my eyes correctly he got annoyed because I couldn't see the letters..he forced me to pick a fast choice now I can't see out of my glasses having to go elsewhere..somewhere where it's actually DONE CORRECTLY! the glasses came bk wrapped in a paper and super tight I asked the lady to loosen them she said we don't have... read more
He’s a Thief an won’t be responsible for nothing he’s not reliable, at the moment he won’t provide what he promises the assistants are not good worker’s they will mess with your insurance so you will pay out your pocket
