This was my first time ever going to get an eye exam and it was the best first experience! From the receptionist to the tech and Dr.Lozano. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, each employee took their time to thoroughly explain each step with me. I highly recommend this place if looking for local eye care. Looking forward to getting my glasses!

From the moment they picked up the phone to my time of arrival and leaving, we received the best customer service! They were kind, welcoming, and patient while I had all my 3 kids with me. They made sure to explain every procedure and exam they performed in my daughter. Super friendly and clean office!
I have been a customer/patient here for about 4 years. I have seen Drs. Lozano and Reynolds. Both are phenomenal. They truly care about their patients and provide excellent care. The ladies up at the front go above and beyond getting prescriptions called in, assisting with contact orders and glasses fittings. I will continue to visit them for all my eye care needs. - Roslyn K
