I have been a customer/patient here for about 4 years. I have seen Drs. Lozano and Reynolds. Both are phenomenal. They truly care about their patients and provide excellent care. The ladies up at the front go above and beyond getting prescriptions called in, assisting with contact orders and glasses fittings. I will continue to visit them for all my eye care needs. - Roslyn K
My husband and I had our first exam here. We were greeted very kindly by the ladies in front desk. At the end, Stephanie walked us through the process and helped us out in picking frames. She was very honest on my selection of frames, which I love because anyone else could you just find ways to buy off of you disregarding your feelings and opinions. But she was very kind and helped me pick frames that better fit my face, and comfort ability due to my high prescription.
The staff is some of the friendliest people I’ve met! The two lady’s at the front desk are super helpful and kind! And the two lady’s that did my son’s exam are always kind as well, he loves going here! Highly recommend choosing Eye Care New Braunfels for your vision needs!
