The staff is some of the friendliest people I’ve met! The two lady’s at the front desk are super helpful and kind! And the two lady’s that did my son’s exam are always kind as well, he loves going here! Highly recommend choosing Eye Care New Braunfels for your vision needs!
I had a great experience at Eye Care New Braunfels.I walked in a few minutes before my appointment and was greeted with a warm welcome by both Andrea and Natalie. I was not asked for any additional information as it had already been confirmed prior to the visit and entered into the system. There were no surprises or hidden fees, and any out of pocket expenses including warranty information was explained very well.
