I've been a satisfied patient for many years in the Saranac Lake office. Dr. Catton, Jesse , Barbara, Kayla, and the rest of the staff have always been very patient, passionate, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate their great care and expertise.
Pleasant staff and doctor. Actual treatment time 20 minutes total appointment time 2 hours. Need to schedule more efficiently.
My Family Loves the Saranac Lake office in and out Malone only good for getting glasses to have a eye appointment you will wait 4 hr witch is nuts don't care if it cause your have to see a special eye doc great be on time if you can cancel my appointment if I'm 15 min late but you can keep people there over 4hr for a check up no sir Saranac Lake 100% the office is to go to they Saranac Lake nice and fast
Pleasant knowledgeable staff. Disappointed I have to go on line to order my contacts. Would be better if I could get them ordered from the doctors office. Instead I have to wait for a link from the doctor set up An account with a company I’m not familiar with and order on line Not happy
