The people at the practice are great, from reception to Dr. Catton, to the eyeware folks. My appointment started about 30 minutes late, and I think the waiting area could use an upgrade - it got a bit crowded, and the chairs are 'well used.' I also wish phone calls to the office went right to the local place, instead of to the central automated line in ... wherever, Plattsubrgh, I guess? That just feels less personal and local.
Efficiently handled at front desk, assistants did their tasks professionally and talked to me about them, little wait time, Doc shared his observations, answered questions, spoke frankly.
Everyone there made the visit enjoyable
