This was the best experience I’ve ever had with any health care provider! From Courtney doing the first steps of the exam to Dr. Catton expertly diagnosing me, and then having a friendly receptionist with excellent customer service check me out, I could t be more pleased. No one tried to sell me anything or order any tests I didn’t need. This is the first time I’ve had eye care that didn’t try to sell me new glasses. I really couldn’t have had a better experience!
From the moment you give your information to the receptionist. Get the pre exam by a competent associate. Meet with the optician. Get new frames and lenses, if so inclined. This facility employs a great group of professionals. I will enjoy continuing my visits to their business.
From checking in to the exam to picking out my glasses everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful which is why I continue to go back. Thank you for taking care of the north country.
My appointment went very smoothly - the staff were all friendly, efficient, and professional from checking me in at the front desk, to two different tests with two additional staff members (which both went quickly), to my final exam with Dr. Catton.
