I was in a bit of a pickle trying to get my contacts sorted out quickly, and they made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. I came here because its the only place my insurance would accept for an eye exam. I was not explained that they only do the exam and give you trials. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE CONTACTS OR GLASSES. I waited for a month for my contacts to come in, only to find out I have to still bring my prescription elsewhere. Not happy. Let me just be blind for several more weeks. NBD. 2 stars because staff is friendly and my rx was sent very promptly.
