Wait times can be hours with a booked appt. There is no communication. I went with my husband and by time we were seen by the doctor, he needed more drops to dilate his pupils. He lost a half day of work and no one seemed to care that he loses pay for that time. They never apologize and it makes no sense to be escorted by someone into the room and then wait for another hour if that person isn't going to check that the patient is ready for the doctor.
