It was a good overall experience. My eyes were tested and I was prescribed glasses for the first time ever in my life. The front desk was very friendly and helpful with explaining the process, insurance, and their selection of frames. However, the optometrist seemed unprepared to talk to someone receiving their first prescription of glasses. There was no "ok, here's what is going on with your eyes..." GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!!!! VERY RUDE AND UNWELCOMING FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST. This older lady clearly picks and chooses who she's going be welcoming towards and has a nasty attitude towards others. So gross. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I don't get why people work a front desk job where you have to interact with people if they're going to be bitter and annoyed doing the job they're getting paid to do. I loved this place. The wait was cero and the doctor was so caring and professional. I have been struggling with dry eye issues for awhile I even went to the big V and the service and solutions to my issues were not even close. I appreciate so much this center!
