I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Dr. Cevallos. Went for a routine exam and she found a serious issue. Booked an appointment in her office the very next day, since I was leaving town in 2 days. Diagnosed the problem and medication. Her assistant even called multiple pharmacies because I couldn’t get it before I left town. After doing that, he even found coupons that I could use. They made me feel like I was their only patient, but I know that she treats everyone like that. Highly recommended.
Awesome customer service! Everyone were so nice and attentive. Something that shocked me was the cleaning of each use of the machines. The personnell are very chearful and professional. I highly recommend. Great experience!

We, too, followed Dr. Shaw from LensCrafters and don't regret it. The staff is friendly and caring; Dr. Shaw is wonderful. Today, I want to give special mention to Lori, who is kind and compassionate.
This may sound crazy. But I actually look forward to my yearly visit/check up at eyecare center of Ocala. This visit was no exception. The doctors and staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. I want to say a special thank you to Jessica and Sara.
