Just came to pick up glasses, but both the receptionist and glass technician were absolutely delightful.
Everyone was very pleasant as nd answered all of my questions.
Incompetent, rude, and totally unprofessional. Went in to purchase Rx sunglasses and stated clearly and repeatedly that was what I wanted. We picked out the tint and placed the order, only to receive clear lenses. We talked and they acknowledged the mistake and said they would make it right. Fast forward one week, received a call stating the glasses were ready, but I would be responsible for the cost of the tint upgrade, going back on their word. Said it was my fault!
