Not an impressive experience for me. I voiced my concerns about loss of vision in my left eye (it ended up being MS) but was not taken seriously.
They were not upfront about their charges, and every visit I felt pressured into additional costs with little to no explanation. I don’t believe I ever received the correct prescription here, as the contacts they kept recommending were always uncomfortable. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I eventually found the right ones on my own. The lobby and parking are inconvenient, and the staff was not particularly friendly. Overall, my visits here were consistently disappointing.
