First time at an eye doctor in many years and what a great experience! All staff is friendly and keeps you at ease, especially Dr. Hale. Love it here
Dr. Hale and her team are exceptional. They are very kind and helpful. If you're looking for an eye care provider, I highly recommend her. I will say the location and parking lot are not ideal, but I consider that a reflection on the plaza owner not the individual locations within it.
Not an impressive experience for me. I voiced my concerns about loss of vision in my left eye (it ended up being MS) but was not taken seriously.
They were not upfront about their charges, and every visit I felt pressured into additional costs with little to no explanation. I don’t believe I ever received the correct prescription here, as the contacts they kept recommending were always uncomfortable. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I eventually found the right ones on my own. The lobby and parking are inconvenient, and the staff was not particularly friendly. Overall, my visits here were consistently disappointing.
