Got left on hold for twenty minutes after being told they could make me an appointment. I guess the receptionist went to lunch? Well she wasted my entire lunch break. No idea how good the doctor is but they need a new receptionist.
Dr Collier is a great opthalmologist, and his staff are competent and friendly.
I cannot recommend my experience with Dr. Norris and his staff enough! Kind, Exceptionaly professional and every thing one could hope for in such an experience. I could Never recommend him and his staff. This is a group where a patient feels that he/she is the main priority.
