Very unpleasant service they made me some bad lenses they give me a headache and they only did it to read I asked to read and to see in the distance and they didn't refund my money. I don't recommend that place to anyone. The lens falls off. I'm very angry

I had my first appointment this week after years of being seen at another clinic. I made the switch due to relocating to this area. I was nervous in the days leading up to the appointment, but I ended up pleased with my experience. All of the staff were so nice. They went so far to even help me understand my insurance benefits. My doctor may not have knocked when they entered the room nor did they introduce themself by name, but they wasted no time to learn about me as a person and as a patient. Dr was amazing my issue was with the desk staff. I told her I only wanted contacts that was covered under my insurance plan she tried to upsell after I said no. Then I asked for my receipt to be emailed so I could email it to my insurance and she said she couldn’t it seemed like it was retaliation. Her attitude over the phone was rude and condescending. I will be going to a Walmart where they can email your receipt with a smile.
