Pushes unnecessary services that are not needed. Tried to push both an OCT test and a fully dilated eye exam when one clearly was not needed and this was confirmed by my doctor who does this every year for me. After explaining this to the optometrist, she still was pushy and said she recommends it to all of her diabetic patients. RecommendedNothing but great things to say. Dr. Zike and Callie are fantastic to work with. Dr. Zike is very knowledgeable and friendly. She is very thorough and makes sure all questions are answered
I love their great exceptional customer service. Everyone from the doctors and staff ere super friendly, They made me feel very at ease. Their lobby area very neat and tidy. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a eye doctor.

Brought my 5 year old daughter Abigail in to have her eyes check. I was really nervous about her needing glasses and her taking to such a big change. This place was amazing!! My daughter LOVES to go there and loves her glasses. She looks precious💓 The staff is very professional and really treated my baby girl so amazing! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
I ordered glasses from here and was told they’d take 2 weeks to deliver. It took closer to 3. I was told multiple times that The Eye Care Center would call the lab to find out what the hold up was and call me back. Never received all calls back. Finally after calling at least half a dozen times and never receiving any updates, my glasses finally came in. Then after not a week of having them the frame broke and lenses popped out. New frames had to be ordered and I was told glasses would be ready in a week. It now going on two... read more
