Pushes unnecessary services that are not needed. Tried to push both an OCT test and a fully dilated eye exam when one clearly was not needed and this was confirmed by my doctor who does this every year for me. After explaining this to the optometrist, she still was pushy and said she recommends it to all of her diabetic patients.
