My husband's appointment was canceled today which made us Very upset the appointment was made one year ago because he is a diabetic, when they called he told them he was having trouble with one of his eye, they wanted us to made another appointment, Todd them we are leaving for Fl tomorrow, How do the pick which ones to cancel
I had a very good experience with Eye Care Associates. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The procedure was quick, about an hour and I was on my way home. great experience.
Dr Gregory is a real pro and I’m very happy w the results of my surgery. She managed to educate , support, and accommodate me as well. Perfect.
This has been my eye doctor for a few years now. I took time off of work to go renew my contact lens prescription as I’m a blind as a bat, however the receptionist at the front desk failed to tell me that they no longer accept my insurance so I offered to pay 1/2 today and the other 1/2 in 5 days and they absolutely refused to work with me. Just goes to prove where their heart is truly at. $$$$ save yourself the time and find a place who truly cares about your well-being 😡
