They are friendly, however, their friendly demeanor can't make up for their lack of attention to detail which put me out of $500 dollars and resulted in a product I didn't pay for. They gave me the wrong initial prescription wrong for my progressive lenses. They stated I would receive a full refund within 90 days if the product didn't work. When I asked for a full refund, they refused.
