The staff is great, but the doctor is rude, very, not concerning my daughter has had the same prescription for years, but it’s no good, Once I have complained, he was very passive aggressive telling me she’s fine. She’s telling me she cannot see I witnessed she cannot see with her glasses or without them. He says nothing wrong with her. She’s fine. And if I don’t like it, I can find another doctor. Her last appointment there was her last appointment. I have seek A new eye doctor.
This Doctor is not kid friendly. My kiddo was upset because he shined a toy in their face and he wouldn't let them touch it. My kid has special needs. Started crying. Doctor asked me to hold the kid to help, which kind of made it worse. Kid was kicking around and flailing arms, Doctor was sitting right in front of us. Doctor grabbed my kid's leg and said "don't let your kid kick me". As a professional working with children, I expect more understanding and compassion.
