Worst service ever. Can't get a return phone call, can't get prescription, emails go unread. Also, you can't even leave a message because their "mailbox" is full. So we called their corporate office who had the SAME experience when they tried to call. Lost 3 customers from our Family.
The doctor was great! The in office experience was really good. Unfortunately, they didn't give me my RX the way I requested (paper) and then it was like pulling teeth to get it after. I called, they said they would send it and didn't. I requested through the portal and nothing. They sent a text about next years appointment, at which point I asked to get the RX from the current appointment. It still took multiple more messages, phone calls, and voicemails to get the RX. Based on this issue, I can't recommend going here.
Professional, helpful and efficient. I appreciate staff taking time to answer my questions and explain what they are doing.
The service and expertise was phenomenal and all of the staff was extremely friendly!
