I love Kaitlyn! I love how my hair looks and feels after color and highlights. She is so personable. The shop is adorable. I just love going in and treating myself.
I made my appointment online for eyelash extensions and I got there on time, I was told the lash tech was on her way. I waited about 40 minutes, I waited because they had my card on file and if I left they would have charged me, and the traffic was sort of bad so I was hoping she was just stuck in traffic somehow. But she never showed up and some other lady finally approached me. Asked for my information, she didn’t give me an option for a reschedule or anything.
