I had an eye exam and purchased frames and lenses from the store on 01/17/14. I did not receive a detailed invoice copy, only a credit card receipt. The manager informed me that the items would be ready for pickup the following week. I followed up weekly with the store until they finally received the incorrect BLACK Ray-Ban frames on 02/19/14, I had ordered TORTOISE SHELL.
