I was referred from a friend. First time doing Botox here. Lady was nice but she rejected everything I requested. Wasn’t very helpful. It seemed like the practitioners had very limited experience. I trusted her because they are supposed to be the experts at these things. People go into these places to boost their self esteem a bit and she didn’t even seem interested or enthusiastic about her job. All this place does is charge over 500$ for forehead lines. Been coming here for a while now, and I always come back thanks to Liza’s professionalism and expertise. I’m so happy I started laser and no longer have to deal with waxing. I’ve seen such a big difference in my hair growth and thickness. Truly a game changer, I love not having to shave as often or worry about waxing. Reccomend whole heartedly
Please stay away from Alex. I just did Botox with her, she claimed she had 22 years of experience and that she was the head nurse, but it was the most traumatic experiencie I ever had in 8 years getting Botox in different clinics. I had Botox at Eye Candy Buena Park before with other nurse that was really nice and careful and everything was great. Alex seemed she wanted to finish early, so she did no markings in my skin and just started injecting all over really quick in and out uncontrollably. It was so fast that I could f... read more
They scheduled my tattoo removal and then called me back and said they have someone else at that time already and can they push me out 3 weeks. Ridiculous. Then the receptionist goes quiet without offering a solution and leaves me on hold.
My experience with both Alex (for filler and botox) and Vanessa (for laser) was amazing! Would highly recommend the both of them.
